Massage the cleansing balm onto dry skin using fingertips. Remove with warm water and a face cloth. Then gently massage 2-3 pumps of the cream cleanser into damp skin, Rinse face thoroughly with warm water using a konjac sponge or clean muslin cloth and pat dry.
